Clinic Etiquette

Skinperfect Gallery ImageWe strive to provide a welcoming and professional experience for each of our valued clients. Because we are sensitive to your needs for an enjoyable and productive session with your Aesthetician, we ask that you review the following policies:

Cell Phones

Please turn your phone to silent or off to avoid interrupting yours or another client’s appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We will end your treatment on time to accommodate our next client, so please understand that arriving late will decrease the amount of time we have to spend with you. Full price of all services booked still applies.

Children

Our studio atmosphere is not conducive to small children. For their safety and as a courtesy to all clients, we ask that you please arrange childcare before your appointment.

Appointments

We may ask that appointments be secured with a credit card. When you make an appointment for services, that space is reserved just for you, so that your Aesthetician has ample time to provide the services that fit your needs and concerns. It is crucial that we have enough time to serve you to the best of our ability. Please plan ahead and schedule your appointment to fit with your busy life.

Cancellations

We ask all clients to honor our 48 hour cancellation policy, in consideration of our staff and other clients. All no shows and less than 48 hours notice of cancellation may be charged $25 for the first missed appointment. A second no show or last minute cancellation may result in 50% of the service charged. A third no show or last minute cancellation will result in the entire service fee charged.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your retail purchase from Skinperfect. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the unused and unopened product within seven (7) days of purchase with a receipt to receive store credit for the purchase price.
